Summary: I will close out my account if I ever get my funds. KYC should not take over a week, Must business can do it in hours or less, Do not use them, I dont know if I will ever get my money. I will be filling a complaint with the state or federal agencies this week.

Positive: free LTC transfers went quick. They are free but you get what you pay for. If you pay it goes immediately. BTC was the issue

Negative: all goes well until you need kyc. support does not give any follow up, you ask and all you get is closed duplicate request and no response if you send a follow up to first ticket no response, ive been in needs kyc almost 3 weeks no response if my they need better documents or different. They dont tell you why. I got half my deposit released in ltc. I wanted the other halve to go to my cash app account which is btc and that transaction seemed to break them,

Negative: Total lack of transparency. NC Wallet has blocked my account (ID: 2DV7U5YMYDFI72ZCMJQ) with 1,000€ in Bitcoin inside. I submitted all requested documents (ID, selfie, proof of address) and clear evidence of the source of funds. They ignore formal complaints and reply with automatic messages without solving the issue. If you value your crypto, stay away from this custodial wallet. Release my verified funds immediately!

Negative: They refuse to pay the 80€, just look on the internet and you will see how the reviews say the same thing as me, they steals from you, betrays your trust and then accuse you of everything and anything for not paying.

Summary: As I said, NC Wallet is part of CryptoTab, which is a cloud mining platform that enables users to mine crypto using their browser. The platform works, but the problem is that CryptoTab does not let you withdraw. They pitch you NC Wallet as a way to get quicker withdrawals, so I set up NC Wallet, but they don't even let you withdraw to NC Wallet either. This whole operation is a scam.

Positive: Easy to get set up with, decent interface, not much else to say. It looks like a normal wallet when you first start.

Negative: NC Wallet is part of CryptoTab, which is a very untrustworthy organization.

After increasing my deposits, my account was locked on March 4, with all attempts to resolve the situation through their KYC process met with almost complete silence. Despite providing all requested documents promptly and reaching out via multiple tickets, I have received no acknowledgment or assistance, just a request for patience. It's been 4 weeks of waiting, with no access to my funds and no responses to my repeated inquiries.

This pattern of behavior—enticing users with small, successful transactions before locking them out after more substantial deposits—strikes me as a classic "honey pot" scheme, designed to lure and trap unsuspecting users. It's a clear and present WARNING to anyone considering NCWallet for storage or trading: STAY AWAY!

To those who've encountered similar issues, I encourage you to raise your voice and contact the relevant authorities. It's important to expose these practices for what they are and to protect others from falling into similar traps. My account remains inaccessible, and the silence from NCWallet speaks volumes about their scamming operations. Let this be a warning to all: stay away from NCWallet and safeguard your investments elsewhere.

PS: NCwallet will probably close my account now and delete my tickets, STEALING my crypto, to provide further confirmation that this is a SCAM.

Positive: Elaborate SCAM site, do not use, they lock your account and steal your funds. I lost all of my funds and they claim KYC but 2 months later no more responses. Thieves!

Negative: How about: they lock your account and can't get your funds back anymore?
