We all know that developing an AAP can be complex and time-consuming. Working within the current OFCCP environment can also be intimidating. BCG listened carefully to its clients and developed a unique, holistic approach that allows all users, no matter their experience level, to quickly and easily develop compliant Affirmative action plans and receive the training and support necessary to develop a thorough understanding of EEO regulations.
MyAAP Software is a three-part affirmative action planning tool. It includes: 1) the myAAP software - easy to use and state-of-the-art; 2) a myAAP Solution specialist to guide you through the process; and 3) an intensive EEO/AA course with a complimentary BCGi membership.
