MuseScore Description
You can input MIDI in real-time or step-time, and there is a built-in virtual keyboard. You can also type or click the mouse to enter the notes. Transpose selected passages to any key or interval, or even diatonically within the key. There are many tab styles available, including tabs with note symbols outside of the staff and tabs with upside-down strings. MuseScore now supports Guitar Pro files, so you can easily import them into MuseScore. Every release brings improvements to import filters. Any changes you make to any part of the score are immediately reflected in its full score. Instantly switch between transposed or concert pitch. The sound pitch remains the same, even though the written notes are changed. Keep your eyes on the content and not distracted by page breaks or line breaks. To polish for printing, switch to Page View.
