Summary: Great calling software for talking to people and closing sales over the phone. Power dial large lists or slow dial "Nurture Dial" warmed contacts for lead follow-up. Really good software that just needs to figure out the value to texting is more valuable than it is risky.
Positive: Powerful software that is easy to learn. With all the time I had saved taking geographic lists for cold calls and turning them into warm and hot leads I could be more happy the results I get. The new Dashboard features really helps visualize the prize and help me stay motivated to reach goals.
Negative: No texting because of state-to-state complexity of laws. If however we could also send texts to people that responded to our advertising I could increase our Return On Advertising Spend. Which would make this software that much more valuable.
