Summary: Simple set up, good customization for configuration profiles including location tracking, WiFi configuration, Kiosk mode, App deployments, Chrome configuration, etc.

Positive: Great MDM software for doing a simple set up on Android devices. Contained all the features I needed.

Negative: Can be limited in the amount of features offered but for simple use its great

Summary: Miradore gives us the tools to manage our fleet of tablets across the country and support our employees as they do their part.

Positive: The seamless integration for our end users make this a perfect solution to manage our fleet of tablets. My Customer Success Manager could be contacted directly and made sure I was headed in the right direction and the customer service response was on point for the questions I had. We use this on a daily basis. It is easy to use and after understanding the nature and terminology of the MDM universe, the implementation was virtually pain free. The features included give us the tools we needed to manage our devices.

Negative: There is a learning curve to MDM software. It is not a shortcoming of Miradore. It is simply the nature of the technology.

Summary: Overall Miradore is a great product it gave me my first hands on experience using MDM software and vive recommended it to quiet a few people and they seem to be very pleased with the product as well. So......thank you Miradore, for making such a great product and life a little easier.

Summary: Learning the interface took about an hour of dedicated focus. The software and customer service was primo and welcoming. Completely satisfied and puts the competition (*coughs* Crowdstrike Falcon) to absolute shame.

Positive: Ease and practicality of usage, instantaneous syncing of settings and higher security than native Apple iCloud services.

Negative: None. I sampled other platforms and concluded they were ranging from profoundly difficult to master to downright incomprehensible causing me to lose the desire to decipher. Advanced skills / Apple Developer credentials / Ubuntu Linux proficient here. Miradore is utterly fantastic.

Summary: Miradore has been a big help in assisting me with managing my fleet of iPads. I don't have a ton of iPads but enough to need a hand with and Miradore gets the job done.

Positive: The ease of rolling the product out along with enrolling the devices into it. It took no time to get it up and running.

Negative: Unless I'm missing it, I wish that Miradore had a self service app for the end users to utilize and download apps from.

Summary: I really enjoy working with Miradore.

Positive: Easy to use, quick to understand, straightforward setup, support is first class and fast.

Negative: So far I haven't noticed anything negative. Everything runs smoothly.

Summary: Miradore has positioned itself very favourably in the market and is a great solution for those wanting to get their device managed while not spending large amounts - often a plus for many businesses. Their focus on customer service and straight forward guidance makes their offering very appealing and a great onboarding into MDM for all device types.

Organisational/Scoping Features: Lacks certain features like dynamic grouping and workflow automation, which could improve usability.

Summary: In conclusion, the MDM par excellence, simple to use and install, service for doubts and information available, fast and competent.

Summary: Great interface and usability, covers all of our requirements for a reasonable price - definitely a recommendation from me, just renewed subscription.

Positive: Ease of setup, deployment and use, great power to price ratio, large knowledge base, great customer support.

Negative: Reports section is not very helpful - not very intuitive to set up, no user-defined custom parameters available.
Lack of direct csv/txt/xls/other data export from filtered lists (for example Device list).

Summary: We use to says, some others exist of course!

But on the market, Miradore is one of the most efficient at this very low price.

Positive: We like the ease need our teams have to managed and appropriate the software.
Console is well designed and integration to Android, Apple and Windows is easy to manage. also, the way to renew Apple certificate to link with ABM/SBM
Policies can be distributed to the user or the endpoint.
Users, device and other settings can be directly mass imported to fastly deployment MDM policies in the company.

Of course, support is a good assistant and very helpful in case of need.

Negative: Love in future to get other language than English because of some non IT profile who need to access in view only mode.

Only three admin profile for users. It could be pleasant to manage some features directly by making our own admin profiles.

Summary: Excellent product, certainly there are areas for improvement, I trust that GoTo's purchase will bring significant support to this project.

Positive: Ease of use, fixed and low price.
Excellent endpoint management, visible device functionality.
Excellent patching part, with choice of which ones to apply.

Negative: Non-Apple profiles not managed, limitations on exports to Excel.
