Summary: We have been very happy with Miradore as a product, and we fully plan to continue using it going forward as well.
Positive: Miradore is an excellent system, and it has been massively helpful in managing our company's phone fleet, especially with the ability to remotely support colleagues working out with the HQ city.
Negative: There is a fairly steep learning curve to mastering the system, and it does require a lot of initial config, but support has been very helpful in answering questions, and the amount of manual input drops significantly once that config is done. Overall, though, I only gave Ease a 4.

Summary: I love finding a product that does everything the high priced products does at a fraction of the cost.
Positive: I liked being able to pay Miradore directly without having to go through a 3rd party vendor that adds additional fees.
Negative: The location tracking was great at first, but has become inconsistent lately.

Great MDM For Managing Android And iOS Phones Date: Oct 08 2020
Summary: Overall, I really liked being able to quickly apply customized security profiles to mobile devices which let me remotely manage and see them geographically. It also really helped that users could not remove the Miradore security profiles installed on the devices.
Positive: Miradore has an easy to use interface, very helpful online guidance for installation and maintenance of profiles and the deploying the software is a quick and easy process.
Negative: Enterprise-level, high-volume imports from Apple Business Manager can take awhile but, to be fair, that is due to Apple's interface.

Summary: Would highly recommend it. Compared to other solutions the ease of use is unbeatable. Also devices are easy to enroll.
Positive: Everything that our organization needs in terms of device management, and inventory is there in Miradore.
It also became our sole tool to keep up with patching.Negative: The dependence on an App and that it has to run in the background on IOS and Android devices put us in times in a situation that a device didn't check in anymore because the app didn't run. If that could be improved, either to get rid of an app as the agent that would be great

Summary: My overall experience is quite good using the platform since it allowed me to configure what I need with my devices
Positive: Among the advantages that I found in Mirador MDM is that it is quite easy to manage all the devices, giving them access or blocking them at the time I want.
Negative: Sometimes it is not very intuitive in some aspects and that makes the management of the devices complicated.

Summary: This is a great bit of software overall. Yes, there are some niggles with it but the support is excellent, both friendly and knowledgeable. They are still adding many features and the pricing is very fair in comparison to some of the rival products out there!
Positive: Simple to get going with. UI isn't too cluttered. The support team are brilliant!!
Generally easy to understand.
Community is great and their support is very helpful.
Covers both Apple and Android devices.
Enrollment is very easy.Negative: Some tasks can take longer than I'd like for them to complete, which is frustrating. Some tasks seem to sit in "in progress" and need a bit of encouragement to push out to devices.
