Summary: Overall, Microsoft Project is the best Project Management related software I have used. The ability to quickly create GANTT tables and establish critical paths, assign resources and build schedules that take into account other interrelated factors can be a very powerful asset in the right hands. The only drawback of the program is the cost which as noted may put it out of reach for many smaller entities.

Positive: There are many positives with this program, the various features are nicely explained within the program and are easy to use. For example, the GANTT chart features and customization options provides a wonderful illustration of the tasks and overall course of the project. The user interface of the product is excellent and meets or exceeds other Microsoft branded products.

Negative: I had access to Microsoft Project via my educational institution and I used this access for both academic projects and personal usage. That said my only real con for this program is the cost, the cost for this product is fairly high and the yearly subscription for the on-premise versions varies from several hundred to over a thousand which is cost-prohibitive to many smaller entities.

Summary: Microsoft Project is focused in transforming the management of business operatins. More so, Microsoft Project creates a value chain, where every operation is credibly identified and swift monitoring provided.
Finally, Microsoft Project is genuine, with correct interconnection.

Positive: Microsoft Project allows firms to be in charge of all the procedures and operations that are conducted within the company.
More so, Microsoft Project brings accuracy in terms of payments and costs management.
Further, Microsoft Project concentrates on better cloud space, for projects and database.

Negative: Microsoft Project is a stable and focused program for managing all operations, however, Microsoft Project requires a swift price control, to bring more clients.
There is better management of operations using Microsoft Project, but credible price rates are vital.

Summary: Overall a great program for the price that you are paying for and lots of features that you can use and find help on the internet if you get stuck on something that you want to do.

Positive: This program is great for the price that you pay for. It has all the features that you would need to create schedules, log time, manpower, cost to it like other programs for less cost.

Negative: It's a bit of a learning curve using this program but once you get a hang of it then it's really easy to use and update.

Summary: I highly recommend Project.

Positive: Microsoft Project is very user friendly and easy to pick up. It's great for creating and updating construction schedules.

Negative: I don't really like the cost/accounting portion of Project. It may be helpful to some, but I prefer to keep the accounting portion out of my project schedule.

Summary: Microsoft Project is a versatile project management platform. It allows our team to plan and manage the project in team collaboration. Overall we had a positive experience with it.

(+) Project Planning, organizing and reports are very helpful features of this platform.

Negative: (-) We had an overall positive experience with it.

Summary: Microsoft Project is one of the most advanced project management tools and is loaded with features often seen missing from other management tools.

Positive: Well Suited for Agile lifecycle projects.
Lots of advanced features which are missing from other management tools like report generation, advanced chart creation, project forecasting.
Integrated timesheet feature.
Part of Office 365.

Negative: Expensive subscription compared to alternatives.

Summary: Microsoft's Project is an enterprise project management offering from the tech giant which helps in planning, managing and tracking project throughout its life cycle.

Positive: Advanced features such as Gantt view & charts
Can be used online or offline
Works well with Agile lifecycle
Integrates with Microsoft suite of products
Tools for forecasting

Negative: Higher priced license as compared to alternatives
Advanced features may not be fully utilized by smaller teams or organization

Summary: Microsoft Project is a part of Microsoft 365 subscription so it is easy to try it out if. It is simple to use and offers decent features for a project management tool.

Positive: Microsoft Project is a decent project tool which can be used for planning, forecasting and tracking projects and issues. It has some neat features like reporting, charts and provides a decent smartphone app as well.

Negative: It lacks behind Agile in providing some useful features and integrations.

Summary: Once you learn the tool, it is really helpful. It helps your team stay organized and on target. However, it takes time to really grasp the way the product works and is not as easy to learn as some other project management softwares.

Positive: It has helped my team stay on track with projects in our office, allows for us to see the trajectory of the next few months in a detailed way, and has several layouts for folks to choose what is the best for them. My favorite part of projects is its integration with other Microsoft products, since my office uses these exclusively. It enhances the value of Projects, Teams, etc since they all work seamlessly together!

Negative: There was a steep learning curve to the software, and I still feel like we are not utilizing it fully. There are lots of online forums and guides, but it is not as user friendly as I'd like it to be on its own.
