Summary: I saw others understand with some struggle. But I was not able to get this program down. I much prefer to just use excel for what I need.

Positive: I don't have a lot to say that is good about this product but might be because I didn't understand it.

Negative: I went through a full training for this program and by the end of the last day, I still didn't understand it.

Summary: Have completely stopped using this since we got PowerQuery embedded into PowerBI and Excel got query tools in-built.

Positive: Not many pros for using this. Access is used only when we have no option such as restriction on other apps.

Negative: Buggy, lags when importing even simple DBs. Excel, SQL and even python's microsheet are better than Access.

Summary: Microsoft Access has nothing wrong with the software it works as advertised with complete connectivity to all other Microsoft applications.

Positive: This software is amazing and allows you to organize your databases within one application! I highly recommend this software.

Negative: It is a part of Microsoft 365 and sadly need to buy the whole system to get access to access.

Negative: -You will first need to be trained to use this tool because of the intricate architecture and Interface.
-The major con is that it is not a multiplatform tool.
-You can only use files up to 2GB and fields up to 255, which is significantly less.

Summary: Overall, Access is the best tool available out there if you know the depths of databases. Otherwise, it will be very tough to use it because of the complex features and language.

Positive: -It is by far the best introductory database management software available out there.
-It is very cheap in price if we compare it with other database software.
-It gives a wide scope of customization by creating custom inputs, reports, and forms.

Negative: -It is very complex to use. A beginner in the field of database won't be able to use it because of the complexity.
-Sometimes, it becomes challenging for the user to develop queries if you don't know the right terminology.

Summary: Overall Microsoft Access gives a good feel if we are dealing with some data and want to manage it in better way by creating a secure database.

Positive: It is convenient for everyone to create a manageable database and having access for it at times of desire and Microsoft Access does well to fulfill this purpose.

Negative: It is good for managing basic databases but does not have supportive tools to cater big and messy databases.

Summary: Overall it is helpful in times when we lost our main data in any case of accident or other issues, as we can easily backup and recover our databases through Microsoft Access.

Positive: Microsoft Access gives a lot of basic features for creating small or big personal and business databases, which can be used for data management, data backup & recovery and multi user collaborations.

Negative: It doesn't provide mobile access and data security features.

Summary: Overall MS Access provide huge database management system and data refining & data mining is very easy with its usage. Multiple forms can be created and user can enter the respective fields only. Bit technical but user can use for layman usages and generate the charts, reports and tables as per his requirement.

Positive: Any organization need reports and well maintained database. MS Access has all the features of entering the large data base and organizing in very better way. Its forms and pivot charts helps in updating the data in connection. Can provide the links to other access databases and update the same.

Negative: Detailed knowledge is required for management of records and data connection. Major tools are available however the nomenclature is might different from MS excel and hence training is mandatory.
