    Positive: There are no Pros. Steer clear from this app, scam artist is what Zuckerberg is! A multi billion dollar company and they have no customer support but AI.

    Negative: Have used this service several times with no issues. All of a sudden they want me to verify my identity. I did what they requested and received an email from the Facebook compliance team saying they confirmed my verification 3bdays later.     Summary: They are thieves and probably accruing interest from holding people’s money and refusing to release it! This company has kept money from me for weeks now. Their support team probably consists of one person, covering the entire US, working for his mother’s basement!! Completely dishonest business. After weeks, THEY ARE STILL HOLDING/STEALING MY MONEY!!!

    Positive: Initially it was easy to use. However, looks can be deceiving!!! I thought it was great the first few times of using it. It will all change though. Even if you’re sending or receiving money from the same person! They have even started screwing things up with my brothers account.

    Negative: My brother and I have used this service multiple times without issues. Then, out of the blue, they decided they needed to verify my identity for $170.00 payment. I completed everything requested. A week later, after multiple phone calls, I received a message stating everything was successfully verified. A week after that message, and more phone calls, they still will not release the money.
    Their response time and communication is HORRIBLE!! The only number you can call does nothing except open a case.

    META PAY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

    Summary: Any and all sites who use meta pay need to discontinue use and this site needs to be shut down. No security measures that actually benefit the user are put into use, no way to track or verify payments made on your card through another user etc. Do not put your information into this site anywhere!!!

    Positive: Absolutely nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Nothing good comes from using Meta Pay anywhere and needs to be removed.

    Summary: Terrible. Would not recommend. This is a worthless service unless you like losing money and dealing with incompetent customer service agents.

    Positive: Absolutely nothing. Do not use this product at all for any reason unless you like losing your money.

    Negative: They canceled the payment from the sender without warning. I updated the debit card I had on file but because the payment went through to the original card, they told me I was just out of luck and they canceled the payment. Customer service was worthless; "Megan" took 5+ minutes to respond to every message and offered me no helpful information whatsoever. Don't use this platform, now I'm just out $18 and billionaire-owned Facebook says "not my problem"

    Summary: But, I guess other money transfer apps are the same, ie- Cash App??? I don't know because I use my real info to set up my accounts.

    Positive: Very easy to use obviously. At least for criminals who want to steal your money. I hope whoever used Meta Pay to steal my money was stupid enough to use an account that can be traced back to them personally, so they can be charged accordingly.

    Negative: Someone used Meta Pay to charge or transfer money out of my Cash App account through multiple transactions. Thankfully Cash App stopped further transactions due to suspicious activity and sent me a text stating this and asked if I made those transactions. When I told them "no", they took me directly to a page where I canceled my Cash App card (which I had not lost) and ordered a new one. Lesson: Meta Pay accounts can be set up by anyone pretending to be whoever. That seems like a perfect way for cyber criminals to hide their identity, steal people's money, and get away with it.

    Summary: Will never use them again. Now that i have found out there is no customer service or support for this product i will never use it again the only pro was the convenience, and they have also managed to destroy that aspect.

    Positive: Nothing used all the time until recently and found out their support is non-existent. worst experience I have ever had with a support team. they have all the answers ready and spew them out with well rehearsed lines while never addressing your problem. if a product does not have proper support it is useless.

    Negative: A payment shows pending and they say you don't have a payment method on file when you have used the same payment method for two years. It will let you send money but not receive it, I sat on their chat help from 4 in the afternoon until someone finally answered the online chaat 2am, at 4pm the chat stated an agent had joined the chat. They have canned answers for everything and don;t even look at the transaction you are contacting them about. They told me a payment was over seven days old and sent back to the sender when the payment was just send the previous day. They blocked me from their online chat because I questioned what they were telling me, then closed my account for fraud activity after I tried to do what they told me and put on another payment method.

    Summary: Terrible the worst most awful experience of my life. I wish I would never have used their services. Horrible experience.

    Positive: Nothing. This company is the most incompetent company I've ever experienced. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

    Negative: *Their system would not allow me to remove former cards.
    *After confirming to send a payment to my PayPal card, they instead sent it to a CashApp card I attempted to remove.
    *Its been over 48 hours and I've yet to receive any money.
    *It took me 4 attempts to reach a live agent who said they could fix things for me then all of a sudden I had another agent who couldn't do anything but send me to a supervisor who would likely reach me by the end of the day.
    *My child needed medicine 2 days ago. That's why I had the money transferred 2 days ago. And they want to make me wait another 24 hours.

Also claims they cannot refund my money. Gave me a link for receiving party to use to fix problem and it's just an unavailable page! Her end shows she's waiting on me and mine says waiting on receiver! And I'm out eighty dollars You're welcome Meta Pay!

    Positive: Only thing good about this is it's free and usually speedy. Sometimes it does not go through immediately but most of the time it does.

    Summary: I'll never buy anything through Meta/Facebook Payments again! Ever!!!! I do not recommend anyone to buy through Meta/Facebook Payments.

    Positive: Nothing at all! I don't think Meta/Facebook Payments is reliable. I wonder whether they'll refund the money I paid for an in-game item, but haven't received it so far!!!! They say the purchase was NOT complete, but my credit card says THE OPPOSITE: I have to pay for something I DO NOT HAVE.

    Negative: Last Friday June 2nd, I purchased an in-game item from Facebook and it was complete. Facebook Payments confirmed it( I've got a receipt), but I didn't get what I had bought. Since Facebook Payments is Meta Payments, I don't understand why Meta specialists didn't help me at once. Instead, they asked me to wait for 72 hours, so that they could check the issue out. How come? To my mind, Meta/Facebook Payments didn't repass the purchase to Big Viking, which is responsible for the game, and now I have to wait longer to have my money back.     Summary: Overall experience is Meta pay sucks. There is not even a phone number to call. You have to do everything via email which takes days. I plan on letting everyone know how crappy these people are.

    Negative: Someone used my credit card to make fraudulent payments through Meta pay. They have refused to work with me or the police to try to catch the thieves. They figure everything is OK as long as you get your money back. Guess what? IT IS NOT!! By not providing the necessary information to help police trace the charges they are condoning credit card fraud, and letting thieves know it is okay to steal from people.
