    Summary: Customer service is a joke don't waste your time.

    Positive: None literally anything else would be better. 0/10 if I could give customer service a lower score I would.

    Negative: Multiple problems:
    Random receive times up to 28 days after transactions.
    Verification issues that never resolved.

    Summary: It was the worst experience that I have had with customer services. Y'all really need to get phone numbers that can be called because all y’all auto bot and representatives can say is it’s not they problem didn’t even try to fix it sorry I will continue to write reviews until I can’t anymore.

    Positive: Nothing is a pro with Meta DO NOT USE THEM!! Sorry not worth the hassle not worth the time I’ve been waiting on my money for 8 days now.

    Negative: There is no actual phone number to call, the supervisors don’t know how to answer questions, they can only send you a automated response which is said there is no way I should be still waiting on my money and y’all keep saying to call my bank when y’all the problem as they stated and I as I can tell I will never refer anyone to y’all and once I get my money I will never use y’all again and to top it all off y’all decided to not answer my chat anymore with this statement escalated and ec'd again - DO NOT ENGAGE per previous agent that’s not cool y’all can say that but can’t tell me where my money is that sad and I keep asking why my decline date keeps changing all they could do is send me a auto response.

    Summary: Worked well when it was Facebook Pay but quit working when changed to Meta Pay. Guess Meta doesn't really care about those trying to use this app.

    Positive: There are absolutely no pros since being changed to Meta Pay. Nothing works when trying to pay or request. Support was worthless.

    Negative: Used to work well, but now it will not let me pay or request payment. Technical support was worthless. Has become completely useless since being changed to Meta Pay. Had to choose how often I use product. Used to use it every day but it has now become unusable.
