Based on a long-term track record of large-scale international projects, we identified two main challenges in purchasing: Supplier integration (based on specific KPIs and the company strategy) and content preparation. The integration of requests and the procurement service provider, whether the company's own corporate catalog cloud, connection to web shops and markets places, or the creation of an internal corporate catalog cloud. We have the tools to support both the company's procurement strategy as well as the suppliers' intended integration approach in procurement system.
