You can also indicate whether they are deceased, active, inactive or alive. Notify family addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers. Also, include email addresses, phone numbers and other comments about the family. Note the email address, phone number at work, birth date, anniversary, miscellaneous comments about the person, as well as lists of committees or activities with which they are associated. Securely record confidential notes. You can also define other pieces of information you wish to enter for a family member or individual. You might indicate whether a family should receive a newsletter. You might indicate the date of membership, whether the name should be included in the directory, and which religious education class you are attending for a person.
