Summary: The team and product at Median are fantastic. The attention we received and the ease of use of their tool to build an app (with no additional coding required) were amazing. I highly recommend this company if your looking to turn your website or web application into an iOS/Android app.

Positive: Everything, honestly. The attention from the team, the ease of their product and seeing/using your site as an app before it's published and the very low cost considering the alternative of building it yourself. It's a no brainer if your goal is to be on the app stores in the easiest way possible.

Negative: Nothing. The experience top to bottom has been great. The only con that comes to mind is that I had no idea they existed until the Fall of 2023. I wish I had heard about them 5 years ago.

Summary: I recommend Median to anyone with a mobile friendly web site or web app seeking native mobile functionality. From a mobile development perspective, I see no reason to custom code for mobile only. Our approach is a single web platform depoloyed via web, native mobile. It works very well.

Positive: Median saves my company money by replacing a minimum of two FTEs with their service model. Their service is outstanding. The product is excellent. We are fans.

Negative: We have had an excellent experience and do not have any cons.

Summary: Overall use median for all our apps now and they always take the hassle and stress off us and deal with everything throughout the process from submission to review.

Negative: There is not much bad to say about Median, to only thing i would mention is because of the time deference with Median and us at Think Zap in the UK, the responses sometimes come a little delayed but are still answered on the same day.

Summary: Overall I would recommend this product for first-time app development. It seems great so far and have no issues.

Positive: Easy to use and set up. Navigation is great and super simple. Love the preview of the app before it goes live.

Negative: There are not many cons I have seen with this product yet. It is fairly new to us so only time will tell.

Summary: Overall, we are incredibly pleased with the product and support service. The web interface to set configuration values and to initiate a native mobile app is intuitive and easy to use. Getting the actual binary client apps for Android is a big plus. The on-boarding and support service has been prompt and effective. We had several large issues arise due to our use of SharePoint, and Median helped us solve all of them quickly.

Positive: Truely a turn-key solution.

The support staff is quick to respond and quick to resolve issues.

They have gone beyond expectations to make custom changes to their code that allows the Mobile clients to work with Microsoft SharePoint.

The generated Android and iOS mobile clients are consistently accepted in the Play Store and App Store.

The client allows direct integration between the mobile application and the web page via APIs called from the web page.

Push Notifications are turn-key by using one of their many Add-Ins.

Negative: No Median's fault, but Apple requires iOS code to be compiled on a Mac platform, so the iOS app is not directly provided by web interface like the Android APK and bundle are.

Not Median's fault, but Microsoft SharePoint changes fairly often and breaks the mobile app's display of the web site through the WebView control. However, Median support always helps us with making it work again.

There was once that Median made changes to the web app building process that deleted some of our custom settings. Just happened once.

I've not had any other "Cons" directly attributed to Median's product or service.

Summary: Overall my experience thus far has been great. Very easy onboarding, app design experience, etc. If you're looking to convert your web site into an app this is the software to use.

Positive: Easy of operation and set up. Everything was pretty much plug and play. I am not a tech genius but I knew enough to accomplish what I wanted on my own.

Summary: My company had apps for iOS and Android. However, they were very outdated and needed to be updated. Instead of updating the apps in the native code-based environments, it was much easier and efficient to use Median.co to recreate the app. Since no coding was involved, the app creation was quick and easy. The online app builder is easy to use, and packed with all the features we needed. Once our app was finished, it was available for both iOS and Android. We submitted the app for publishing to both stores (Apple and Google), and they were accepted without any additional modifications needed. It was as easy as it could be. We are very pleased.

Positive: It was great working with Median. The platform is clear and easy to use. We appreciated the transparent pricing model. They also offer many great features and capabilities you can't find everywhere. Lastly, the service provided by Median was top notch and without them, we would not have gotten our app out to market.

Negative: The downsides were the App Store Review process, which wasn't totally in control of Median or ourselves, the gap between page and app development and you'll still need some expertise on your side.
