MEDIVIEW, a cloud-and-client platform charting system, transmits patient data from the field in just 30 seconds. Uniquely, the system incorporates Social Determinants in Health into the 9-1-1 record architecture. This ePCR is the most robust in the EMS industry and can continue to operate in extreme stress situations like hurricanes, earthquakes, and tornadoes. Cell networks are often unavailable in rural areas, where connectivity may be limited. MEDIVIEW automatically saves the entire data record when a new data point arrives to protect against system failure (e.g. dead battery). Online and offline users can create PCRS. This allows them to start and finish a report at any time, and facilitates MCI response and coordinated care/ mutual aid.
