MedPrax Report Description
MedPrax Report is a cloud-based software solution tailored for endoscopy reporting, catering to the needs of independent practitioners and specialized clinical teams. It features structured templates for various procedures such as upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy, and certain ENT therapies. Clinicians are equipped to handle patient histories, choose procedure-related images, document findings, create signed PDF reports, implement modifications, oversee follow-ups, and analyze reporting activities via analytics tools. The system allows for the sharing of reports through revocable links valid for seven days, secured by a unique access code. Additionally, authenticated MedPrax Capture cases, along with any media, can seamlessly transition into the Report system. Furthermore, the platform supports a portable FHIR R4 JSON export, facilitating efficient mapping for receiving systems, ensuring that healthcare providers can easily integrate and utilize the data as needed. This comprehensive approach enhances the workflow of endoscopy reporting, making it more efficient and user-friendly for healthcare professionals.

Transformed my gastroenterology documentation Date: Aug 31 2026
Summary: After 8 months of daily use, MedPrax Report has become indispensable. The structured findings approach ensures I never miss documenting critical details. The ability to amend reports without replacing earlier versions is crucial for accurate medical records. The Essential plan at $19/month is fair value for my solo practice.
Positive: The upper GI endoscopy template is exceptionally well-designed. I can document oesophagus, stomach and duodenum findings systematically. The dictation feature in Chrome works flawlessly for my workflow. Patient search for follow-ups saves me 5 minutes per case. The signed PDF output looks professional and referring physicians appreciate the clean format.
Negative: I would love direct integration with our hospital EHR system. The FHIR R4 export is helpful but manual import is still required. More customization for the PDF header would be welcome.
