Mazoon ERP Reviews

Ahlan Hamad serves as a comprehensive HR and payroll solution tailored for employers in the GCC region, offering both Software as a Service (SaaS) and dedicated infrastructure alternatives, which include customer data centers. This platform centralizes various functions such as maintaining employee records, managing payroll, tracking leave and attendance, facilitating employee self-service, overseeing document management, calculating social insurance contributions, managing end-of-service benefits, monitoring commercial license expiration, and tracking nationalization quotas all within a single cohesive system. The payroll system adheres to local labor regulations, producing Wage Protection System (WPS) salary files compatible with banks across Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. In Saudi Arabia, it ensures compliance by monitoring Mudad filing deadlines and verifying bank-issued wage files against payroll data. The mobile web application allows employees to conveniently access their payslips, submit leave requests, and retrieve employment documents. Additionally, all interfaces, reports, and documents are provided in both Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support, ensuring accessibility for all users. Notably, the Arabic content is crafted and reviewed by professionals, rather than relying on machine translation, to maintain high quality. Employers, however, retain the responsibility for submitting the necessary files to banks and relevant government bodies, ensuring compliance with local regulations. This multifaceted approach not only streamlines HR processes but also enhances the overall employee experience.
