Customer service is the absolute worse... very time consuming

    Edited: Oct 28 2023

Summary: Very frustrating...and because you didn't like what i said your program threw a fit and tried to end my speaking out.

Positive: The Barrons products are outstanding but Market Watch Digital to your phone requires constant review and effort to sign in again and again, round and round even tho they have your money and send information your phone, YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD IS constantly needed and required and often unacceptable for some hidden reason...The laptop is easier but the phone literally can take an hour a day... on a good day and it.

Negative: See above...........................................I put a lot of effort into this review and also into MY MANY REQUESTS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE..why doesn't Market watch do the same.....constant leaning on the customer to solve their own problems by spending lots of time on your poorly programed site is cheap and lazy and nasty ... good thing your magazine is so good but you don't need a computer to read that .. password etc.
