Positive: 1. ManageEngine Applications Manager is a great platform for monitoring application performance and its availability. Its a integrated solution for monitoring different application parameters.
2. Server monitoring can be done using Applications Manager. Resource utilization can be monitored easily and alerts can be thrown if any issues are observed.
3. It has the capability to monitor the health and performance of the database servers.
4. Web service and cloud monitoring can also be done using ManageEngine Applications Manager.

Negative: The product is useful and has no cons. It can easily integrate with ManageEngine OpManager. Apart from real time monitoring, the historical analysis can also be done and trends can be visualized using graphs and charts. Dashboards are available providing a complete view of all the applications. The Application debugging thus becomes easy as the correct pointers in the code are pointed out by the Applications Manager.

Summary: I had an excellent support session for an issue which was solved by the support engineers. I had raised multiple enhancements and issues with product support team which was solved by them with upmost commitment.

Positive: I liked the product support team's dedication and attitude. Product support team responded in a short time, and they resolved issues raised by me in a timely manner.
