Positive: Structured organization and assets tree view. An advanced sequential and cyclic preventive maintenance planning. A strong workflow for the corrective maintenance through work requests, internal messaging and clients satisfaction rating. Stock and purchasing management. Advanced cost control through cost centers, accounts and budgeting and variance monitoring and analysis. Advanced analysis, reports and KPIs. Solid web-app interface synced with the backoffice. Can deploy on local premise or cloud. Can manage multi-site and multi-currency.

Negative: All suggestions are positively noted and analyzed by Manwinwin Support.

Summary: ManWinWin is our daily tool, that oversees all our activities and gives us access to the relevant reports and KPIs.
It is an excellent solution for the maintenance management of our consultancy and services provider company.
Using its great maintenance planning option we are always up to date with the tasks ahead and because all interventions are allocated to assets/ functional systems and cost centers we can have a complete history of our work.
Because all the aspects of the maintenance activity are integrated, we can have an up to date reliable stock management, an accurate overview of all the maintenance costs and tracking and SLA's for all the requests from our clients.

Negative: The mobile Apps have only a few features developed, however the development team is planning to add more features.
The clients'/ users' feedback is very important and most of the developments answer their needs/suggestions.

Summary: One of the best CMMS software, flexible, easy to use with a tone of tutorials and great support 24 hours a day.

Positive: Easy learning curve.
Easy implementation with a great support team.
Best value for what he offer.
Many tutorials regarding ManWinWin (video tutorials and text).

Negative: Some menus could be improved for easy access - nothing serious.

Summary: ManWinWin really know what they are doing, and they are always there to help us in any matter that we will be needing.

Positive: Everything on what in the maintenance people need is in the software, and it is very easy to use that even the old fashioned people can use it.

Negative: There's no much cons that I can say because all the things that I need is in the software already.

Summary: Overall performance is excellent and very useful for any size of companies.
Investment in this CMMS is always a good decision and specially in COVID-19 situation, its very useful.

Positive: ManWinWin software help us to manage our Maintenance, I can say that In this software having all the features which is useful to manage to maintenance like Breakdowns, Preventive maintenance, Maintenance request from production, Stock management, Purchase management, So, we can say that it is very user friendly and value the money. Customized KPIs , PM Calendar and many more features are the most useful for decisions.

Negative: It's very difficult to find anything not like in this software. but I can say that it's a prototype universal software for any type of assets, So ManWinWin software does not have a customized dashboard.

Summary: It is a very competent system, with high availability of customization to any business. It can meet any requirements and adjust the modules and plugins to fit all the required functions.
ManWinWin is well documented, well supported and the price is not high according to the services it provides.

Positive: ManWinWin can manage Assets, stock items, maintenance requests and purchase orders in a very friendly way.
We can use the mobility module to work on site and updating our work progress on the web and mobile application instantly, and it even works offline, then syncs WOs data with the server when I go back to the network.

Negative: There is nothing I don't like in ManWinWin and I strongly recommend it to companies to reach a new standard of professionalism in Maintenance.
