    Great tool when it works

    Summary: Switching to Malvern, while making some tasks take less attention, has slowed down our process and created more problems. I would consider it a down-grade.

    Positive: The software is quick and easy to use when it is working properly. Support is usually responsive and able to fix the immediate issue.

    Negative: The software is constantly buggy. Errors happen multiple times a day slowing down the shipment of hundreds of packages. Sometimes the errors lead to a computer being useless for days at a time. As soon as errors are fixed, they often reoccur or new problems occur. Malvern Manifest System will many times interfere with other basic programs such as Office, Outlook, or Skype, preventing them from being used. These issues may be expected during a software change-over, but they have persisted for well over an acceptable amount of time.
