Portfolios for your learning community. Students and staff can create their own personal learning stories using Mahara by uploading evidence from activities they've participated in and embedding publicly available content they've previously posted online. They can then write reflections about their experiences, which frame the evidence, and map it to registration requirements or competencies. This provides context. Mahara can be used to create a variety of portfolios, including for study, professional development and work-integrated education, assessment, showcase, presentation and employability. Mahara allows portfolios be shared with a single person, a group of people or the whole world. Access can also be restricted to a specific time period or only within a specific assessment task. Mahara makes it simple to give feedback and comment. Portfolios can be submitted via LTI to learning management system for marking.
