Exceptional, affordable e-mail filing capabilities Edited: May 18 2021
Summary: We liked this product so much, we stepped up to their Client & Matter product. It's been fantastic and we would have been much better off if we had started here rather than attempting to find a cheaper, piece meal approach.
Positive: Our small firm has been using this product for approximately one year and it has been a major step forward in reducing mail box clutter. It's much more stable and very intuitive for everyday Users. This made adoption much easier for our employees. Their product line also creates the opportunity to upgrade to more advanced, custom, and scalable solutions that are extraordinarily useful in day-to-day business functions.
Negative: We originally bypassed this product thinking it looked too technical, but have found that it is actually very easy to use.
