MRO360 Description
MRO360 is Verdantis’ AI-native Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) suite designed to optimize maintenance, spare parts, and reliability operations. Built on a modular architecture, the platform combines Spare Parts Management, predictive maintenance, work order planning, demand forecasting, and reliability-centered maintenance within an operational environment.
At the core of the platform is Spare Parts Management, enabling organizations to perform criticality assessment, obsolescence detection, multi-tier parts classification, and optimized reorder point management. MRO360 helps teams maintain the right stock balance, reduce excess inventory, and minimize stockout risks across multi-site operations.
The Work Order Planning module prioritizes maintenance activities based on asset failure risk, operational criticality, safety considerations, and material availability. Predictive Maintenance capabilities analyze failure patterns, spare parts consumption, and work order history to identify equipment issues before disruptions occur.
The platform also supports demand forecasting across planned and unplanned workloads, helping organizations improve procurement planning, optimize safety stock levels, and align inventory readiness with maintenance demand. Asset Registry capabilities maintain lifecycle records for equipment, including specifications, maintenance history, and associated spare parts relationships.
Integrated Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) applies failure mode analysis to determine the most effective maintenance strategy across preventive, predictive, and run-to-failure approaches. Context-aware AI agents support maintenance, inventory, and operational workflows by improving search, recommendations, inventory visibility, and decision-making.

Seamlessly bridges production scheduling and facility maintenance. Edited: Jul 03 2026
Summary: Even as a recent addition to our operations, the platform has quickly solved the classic communication gap between production management and the engineering team. Instead of relying on fragmented requests, we now have a centralized system to create work orders, manage maintenance spend, and track equipment downtime metrics. It has streamlined our scheduling of external repair vendors and provided the data needed to build out long-term cost-savings projects with our plant engineers.
Positive: What I value most is how effectively the platform connects our day-to-day production planning with the facility maintenance team's schedule. In a high-volume food manufacturing environment, tracking equipment reliability is critical. The interface makes it incredibly simple to log operational issues, issue immediate maintenance work orders, and coordinate spare parts availability so our mechanics can execute repairs without disrupting our primary baking and packaging schedules. It gives excellent visibility into vendor coordination and ongoing asset health.
Negative: While the maintenance workflow and purchase order generation are highly efficient, aligning the system's internal tracking with external 3PL logistics and multi-location inventory transfers takes some manual effort. It requires a bit of an adaptation period to get the freight and vendor scheduling elements perfectly synchronized with real-time warehouse counts.
