MERLIN Tempus EE Description
MERLIN Tempus Enterprise Edition is smart manufacturing software that extends the capabilities and capabilities of MERLIN Tempus. It includes full Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), a dynamic scheduler, and connectivity to Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP). ERP data measures overhead costs in the manufacturing process. For example, a factory customer might call to find out the status of an order. MERLIN Tempus EE is not available to factory's front-office team. They have to find the work order and then physically locate the parts on the plant floor. With an ERP-connected MERLIN Tempus EE dashboard they can instantly see where the part is in manufacturing and when it will be completed and ready for shipping. MERLIN Tempus EE provides real-time data to the ERP system, making it more relevant. It removes the mystery from meeting customer deadlines.
