    Poor support and little development

    Summary: Wish we hadn't swapped to these as the work to move again is a lot, I guess most customers are trapped also or they would have no customers.

    Positive: Some nice features like sms messaging, can't think of any more pros.

    Negative: Rarely updated, often goes offline 3-4 time per year for several hours at a time.
    Often running very slowly and once they even forgot to renew their ssl cert causing site to go down.
    Diary system is poor.
    Not very intuitive to use.
    No accounting, have to rely on export and then import to Xero or sage at an extra monthly subscription.
