Summary: I like Luigi's Box because it helped us with searching and tracking the words searched by customers. I can also look at statistics very easily. we are very fond of artificial intelligence recommendations, where every time I step into the basket or anywhere on the site, I am offered a list of recommended products. Overall, I rate Luigi's Box very positively and recommend it to everyone.

Positive: I like the way Luigi's Box recommends products to me the most, and especially that he recommends them everywhere even in the shopping cart, he also helps with the search and I can check various metrics through his statistics

Negative: Well only the price. It could be a less cheaper product.

Summary: This e-commerce search tool has significantly enhanced our online shop's search capabilities compared to the basic search function we previously utilized. We have observed noticeable improvements in our search results since its implementation. The tool also offers a product recommendation feature, which we plan to explore soon

Negative: There is no recurring follow-up with support on how to better utilize our search

Summary: We struggled for a long time with the search and how to place recommended products among thousands of products. Luigi solved our search and recommended products - carousells.

Positive: Customized solutions for each customer. Small and large companies. Connection via feed or API. It is necessary to place a simple script on your website.

Negative: Our products is really diverse. Everything cannot be done automatically and manual intervention is required.

Summary: We like it. Its simple, has tons of options and it is day and night compared to ecommerce original search.

Positive: We are using Luigi's Box for few years and it completely changed the way the search results are shown in our eshop.

We can completely manage what our visitors see when they enter the query to search. We can send them to a product, category or blog post, if they should read some advice on that query first.

Negative: Weak integration with Shoptet B2B, but this is not really Luigis problem.

Summary: I recommend the Luigi's Box tool. The best decision we could have made. Perfect sales support, which is focused on a clear goal - to make it easier for the user to find the right product and thus help the seller to realize the conversion.

Negative: There are really none. They were fast and on point with implementations and with results on site too.

Positive: It's fast, exact and easy to use. It provides detailed data about search, keywords. Their customer service is always there to help.

Negative: Sometimes bugs may occur. For example it may refer to some page which is 404. But it's easy to fix.

Positive: A great benefit to our customers, as synonyms allow us to cover all the slang terms and related topics that customers search for and would not otherwise find the product.

Negative: Some features are more complicated to set up, and may be more expensive for new e-shops.

Summary: This add-on helped us search within our e-shop. This was especially appreciated by customers who made a larger order thanks to this add-on.

Positive: Great full-text search in our e-shop. It guides the customer through our pages very well. It is intuitive and the graphics are very good.

Negative: I am not aware of any downside to the supplement...
