Summary: Not great, currently dealing with PayPal disputes. I would avoid this company and go to another. I will come back and update this if LogoAi decides to change their mind and give access to what I paid for.
Positive: Decent logos, some nice designs available.
Would like to have the full features that I paid for but they are now asking me to pay more for the ones that were supposed to be included.Negative: I used LogoAi recently. I paid for the Brand package which I guess used to be called "Designer Assist".

I ended up using a 30% promo code but then was only given access to the mid level features instead of what was promised in the Brand package such as "The Brand Center" and "and "Logo Animation".
After paying I didn't even get a payment confirmation and instead had to resort to calling my bank to confirm it went through which it did, then contacting LOGOAI to give them all the transaction details.
I've sent a couple emails asking for access to what was supposed to be included and there was ZERO response.
GO TO A DIFFERENT LOGO COMPANY! WASTE OF TIME AND YOU DON'T GET WHAT IS PROMISED.
I will be taking this up with PayPal or Visa transaction disputes.
