Summary: Overall I chose to go with this over other competitors because of the simplicity once it's all set up. The user interface is nice and the websites look great and are customizable (If you are on the agent site plan)
Positive: My favorite features are the one-click reports. (CMA, Home Value, Market Snapshot, Market Reports etc)
Automations with listing alerts and the AI bot are very useful and time saving as well.

Summary: Amazing setup! If it is set up well, good for beginners and start-up companies. Very easy to handle.
Positive: It handles and generates a lot of things. It can integrate every platform that I have used as well.
Negative: AI needs more improvement, mostly it labels wrong.

Summary: I love Chime overall and it's helped my business to use it consistently. The AI bot could improve.
Positive: Chime is an all encompassing program that I absolutely love. Chime is always updating the system to install new features.
Negative: The AI is not engaging with leads in the same manner and I'm questioning the add on. Also, I feel like with the AI capabilities out there, the program could be more intuitive and not ask inappropriate questions anymore. It's been in existence long enough to have evolved better by now.

Summary: Overall, I would say my experience has been extremely positive and have turned down other solutions to my website, IDX, and CRM solutions.
Positive: Aesthetically, Chime can provide an attractive, responsive, and straightforward website that keeps your brand looking top notch. The CRM features are great and the user interaction tracking has been a game changer. Many IDX websites require a Zapier connection to port over user data into a separate CRM, which can limit the amount of user insight you’re able to see - Not Chime. Chime also has several plugins that can be very useful to a brokerage, like its Social Studio that will automatically post selected events to your various social channels, like new listings, open houses, and recent closings.
Negative: Some limitations from the website design, but their support has always been responsive with work arounds. Some of the addons can get quite pricey with their “management” fees tacked onto them.

Summary: Easy to use and customize CRM/website. Once I had my MLS IDX connected, I was ready to start generating business.
Positive: I like how easy it is to set up a landing page and promote it on social media. The AI assistant is great at the initial conversation with a potential buyer/seller.
Negative: I would like to see the email template report page have toggles to allow searching by name, total email sent, &/or open rate.

Summary: Excellent. Support was always available and helpful when I needed them. The CRM system was very user friendly along with the marketing for social media. I really loved it and hated having to discontinue.
Positive: Allowed lender/agent split, very user friendly, works with social media platforms, easy to use landing pages, great CRM.
Negative: Only one, when my left I couldn't afford it on my own. :(

Summary: The support staff is great overall it’s just a wonderful product. I highly recommend it. Bill is a new features too, and have not raise the price so I’m very happy.
Positive: Honestly, I pretty much like everything about Chime. I’ve been a user for quite a long time now. I love that it’s month-to-month. The cost is low. The app works fantastic. The website is basically never down and there is AI built-in.
Negative: Nothing there’s really nothing that I don’t like about Chime I have used Boomtown Brivity, KEller Williams, command, and others and Chime is by far the superior system

Summary: In all honesty, our decision to switch to Chime was arguably the single best decision our company has ever made, and for a team that sells more than 1 Billion each year, that is saying something!
Positive: Chime is incredibly intuitive, the automations offer tremendous flexibility while the automated reports are tremendously effective with open rates averaging greater than 50%. Their development team is the best I have experienced released new, innovative features every month that make a direct impact on an agents' ability to generate and handle business.
Negative: Not much, Chime is very responsive to client input and consistently releases improvements directly aligned to that feedback. Currently they do not have a full transaction management solution; however, that will be changing very soon. Chime will be the operating system for virtually everything in our organization at that point.

Summary: Overall I am very happy with the continued improvements and the ease of communication with the support staff when I have used them.
Positive: Four years in and I still live this product. The ability to customize the pipelines and tags and segregate them into different funnels based off of client actions is priceless.
Adding in the AI to assist with blogging, text response and emails is a game changer.Negative: There is really nothing that stands out enough for me to label it as a don’t like. Many of the sticking points have been addressed over the last 4 years I have been with them.

Summary: This CRM has been a gamechanger for me and my business to continue to grow and thrive. I love that new features come fairly quickly and that Chime listens to feedback provided by users.
Positive: What I love about Chime, are the all encompassing features. The AI, the Lead Ads, the single property websites, the drip campaigns (especially that I can adjust or create my own), the post scheduling so much more. Also, the fact that I can use it via the app on my cell phone.
Negative: The fact that not all features being accessible on the app.

Chime CRM and CMS are AWESOME Date: Jul 06 2023
Summary: Overall I would rank Chime CRM and CSM at the top of any CRM systems. With the ability to keep leads engaged, the Social Media connections for posting, and their Customer/Tech support. I have used a few others that don't measure up to Chime, but I'm sure some come close.
Positive: Things I like the best:
1. The layout of the CRM being able to categorize the leads is a HUGE deal
2. The Smart Plans that help keep you engaged with leads
3. The AI that can start or keep a conversation going with leads when you're not able to, and AI can step in when lead go to your website
4. Chime's Tech Support has to be one of the best I have worked with. They are quick to respond and resolve your issues quickly
5. There are other websites out there, but for the $$$, you can't beat Chime CMS. The designs and personalization are easy and Top NotchNegative: 1. CRM is if you're on a team with a team account, you are limited in some areas to personalize it without affecting the team setting.

2. CMS is also limited to personalization unless your purchase a Vanity/Agent website, but then again, some personalization can affect the team's website also
3. On your BLOG page, there isn't any way to connect any other BLOG you have through RSS or an RSS for Chime BLOG so that you can connect it with any other BLOG
4. Your Inbox that has all communications with the lead. When you enter it, there isn't a way to delete messages or exit the Inbox without closing Chime down and re-opening it -

I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to increase their business and give them a very professional touchPositive: I like the immediate notifications I receive from Chime, so that I can stay on top of my leads. It is very well structured system that allows me to stay organized, consistent and on top of all my leads.

Summary: Overall I love Chime, and I recommend it to everyone. The lead filtering is a big thing for me, and I would love to have that fixed, but the UI and other features I love are the reason I stay!
Positive: The UI is amazing. Having used many CRMs in the past, I've had to overcome many clunky User Interfaces. This one was easy to pick up and immediately start making contacts with clients. It has made lead follow-up much better and easier.
Negative: Just about the only thing I would change is the ability to filter leads. There are already numerous ways to filter leads, but Sierra Interactive has more, and with those filters come the ability to drill down and identify leads that can be assigned action plans in a more appropriate manner.

Robust CRM & Lead Generation Website Date: Oct 03 2024
Summary: We are a very demanding client and always find ways to overwhelm every online tool and platform we use, so we will always find ways that Lofty lacks.
Despite poor support and a lacking website, it truly is a remarkable lead generation machine and you won't find another real estate CRM like it.
They're always adding updates, which is nice, sometimes they're super helpful, other times they're not.
If you run a lot of regular newsletter subscriptions, you'll need to use a third party like Constant Contact or Mailchimp. The Lofty email options are awesome, but are more designed to feel like an organic conversation between the client and the agent.Positive: I love that the combination of the website and the CRM creates a lead-generating machine. It's very good at integrating website lead forms and organizing leads, and the smart plans allow a lot of nurturing and follow-up.
It's easy to manage team members, agent access, lead assignments, and automated lead flow. It also has great options for managing files, costs, income, calendars, phone calls, emails, and other things needed to run a mid-size real estate team. We also create a lot of templates for emails and text messaging, which come in handy when team members need them.
There are so many marketing options available, and they make it very easy to set things up for auto direct-mail and digital ads.Negative: We've been with Lofty for a few years, and ever since they moved their customer service center to India, the customer support went down the drain. If you have a problem, it's better to do everything you possibly can to fix it yourself and then use support as a last resort (sometimes they can help, most of the time they can't).

The website has a lot of features, but you're limited to the predesigned blocks they give you, not a lot of customization options.
The CRM is the most robust I've ever seen, but it can also be overwhelming and confusing if you're not tech-savvy. There are so many options and features that if you don't know what you're doing you can do some serious damage to the relationship with the leads.
If you're looking to create curated digital ads, you'll be better off making them yourself. The team at Lofty is great at ad creation, but it's like hiring an ad agency so you have to give up some creative freedom.Lofty Company Response
