    Summary: Poor – I called the number on the Localworks page and it takes you to regular Verizon customer service. Nobody there seems to be aware of it.

    Positive: Nothing. I'm not even sure if the software exists as there is no service representative that is aware of it.

    Negative: Nobody at Verizon seems to be aware that the service exists.
