    Summary: I am a creator myself and I love everything about Locals. And I really mean EVERYTHING. Just give it a try!

    Positive: The user interface is fantastic. It has the feel of a slim Facebook without the ads, the manipulation by algorithm, etc.

    It's a great way to support the creators you love.

    Negative: Honestly: nothing. Of course more features would be welcome. But it’s a startup and they are moving fast.

    Summary: You pay for a year you get a year, broadcast or not. If a show is cancelled or suspended you can not get your money refunded.

    Positive: It is a nice convent platform for podcast. I have enjoyed using it for almost 2+ years to listen daily to the Gerry Callahan show.

    Negative: When the podcast I listened to every day stoped presenting because of the host's illness I could not get my money back.

    Summary: DO NOT EVER USE LOCALS.COM. They will say you can cancel and get a refund then refuse to process it. You will spend hours trying to get them to and they won't. I have an email from them saying they WOULD refund me but then because I disputed their charge with my credit card company, they refused -- even though my credit card company gave them the money. There's no phone number, you have to email them, and all attempts fail because it's the same jerks responding. I like Dinesh but HATE my experience with this terrible company. Hope the $50 you stole is worth it, "locals"! I will tell everyone I know -- DO NOT EVER USE LOCALS.COM.

    Positive: Nothing. You can only contact them by email; there is no phone number. They say they'll refund you and then make an excuse why they "can't."

    Negative: No phone number. "Support" is a joke. They lie about refunding you.
