    Summary: One of the best field management resources out there and so much more! Mobility features help me track, measure and monetize the effectiveness of our field teams. I can easily see orders processed from warehouse to our dealers. Our district leaders have easy access to customer information, activity, store visits, and performance. stops the need from carrying a laptop in store. AMAZING efficiency!

    Positive: The field management tool allows real time visit review for reps in the field. Check in and check out process is time stamped, allowing knowledge check based activities for great customer experiences. You can easily see what conversations were had, by whom, and outcomes. Store visit questionnaire can be built by channel, so if you have multiple companies, no problem! Dashboards and tracking based on channel allows you to focus on what matters most, to your company, and the customer! This makes the manager role exceptionally efficient, as you can dig into the details that will help you performance manage and give great feedback to support employee development!

    Negative: Mobile app is sometime co-dependent on phone coverage, which is easily fixed when you provide employee's Wi-Fi capable devices.

    Summary: LionO360 is a super easy-to-use, highly configurable CRM alternative for those of us running small to medium size business operations. It’s cost-effective, nimble and very different from other legacy clunky and overly complex platforms I’ve used. It can be implemented in minutes, plus it offers a great mobile application for seamless omnichannel experience. It’s so easy to use with intuitive user interface.

    Positive: I keep track of all tasks, meetings, conversations and interactions with my customers. I can easily see when any of my team members have touched an account and if there was an issue to resolve and how we got it done. This date and time-stamped, readily available information helps us service our customers and provide the best experience. Everyone knows what’s going on with every customer.

    Negative: Although the system provides Email to Lead integration, it currently lacks the comprehensive marketing capabilities.
