    Technical Support Outstanding, Linxup Service however; not so much

    Summary: Canceled my service because it lost it's value beginning in mid-June. Check the notes captured by your technical support.

    Positive: Technical Support staff incredibly helpful, diligent. Value has historically been outstanding in my view.

    Negative: The Linxup product (the service offering) has deteriorated since the acquisition of AwareGPS. Ability to track GPS devices "near realtime" no longer occurs. At best, it appears reporting is delayed by 30-45 minutes (again, at best) and sometimes hours. The most important value in the product for me personally was the "near realtime" reporting capability. Notifications are now delayed hours in most cases. Product is no longer of value to me for that reason. Technical Support was unable to remedy although they seemed to have tried.
