Positive: LinkedIn is a very powerful social network that allows various employees to interact with each other and share ideas, this platform also helps various employees to create publications and share them with their work group. Another thing that I like about this social network is the way in which I can customize the environment of friends, for example, I can customize my network, I can eliminate connections with an employee and I will never see any interaction with that person, I can add new connections whenever you want, there is no kind of limit regarding the connections you can add within my account in this social network, so you can expand the entire network of my account without caring about any kind of limit. I also love that there is no type of text limit when creating posts, which allows me to write anything I want, long posts or an article to share with my work network.

Negative: One of the main things that have to be improved within this Social Network is with regard to how slow it works on computers, in addition, I have noticed that the consumption within the version for computers is quite high, when you are going to open it for the first time Once this Social Network is inside your browser, it takes a long time to load the Feed correctly, so I recommend that you use a good computer and a good internet connection to speed up the loading process of the main page. The second negative thing about this platform is that there is no function to limit the number of people who can add validations to the Skills of your profile, there is no way to approve those validations, anyone who is in your connection list, you will be able to validate your Skills without prior approval, It is very important that simply an approval system, since it has happened to me that on several occasions some people validate my Skills without ever having worked with me or without even knowing me, that is truly annoying.

1.- Within this platform you can create all kinds of publications in a matter of seconds, also within the publications you can insert several images to accompany it, or a representative video, it is important to mention that there is no type of limit regarding the publications that you can make, Also, the publications can be made within the main panel of the platform, but you can also create publications within your moral rule, just by entering the moral rule section, only people who incorporate companies will be able to view that publication, that is a quite private section in which only employees can access and you can also create publications without any type of limit.

2.- I love the efficient way in which I can connect with all kinds of people as many times as you want, however, it is also important to mention that if you send many connection requests daily, there may be a temporary block in your account where you can't connect with more people for a certain time, this block usually lasts a few days. However, the connection system is quite solid and positive for any user, you can add all kinds of people to your moral rule, share ideas, have online debates or share opinions, you can delete or add the person you want in question of seconds.

3.- The LinkedIn application for mobile devices is also a positive feature, this application occupies very little space on the mobile device and helps you to be connected to your delete rule if you need to use your computer. This application has all the available functionalities, you can create publications within it, modify the contacts or connections you have within your network, create publications for your employees, send messages or receive them within your inbox and many other things. Moreover, you can do everything from this application, it is quite complete and helps you keep your work network active.

4.- I also love the way in which I can create an Online CV, in which I can add and delete the previous experiences that I have had in different companies, this CV works as a profile, in which everyone will have access and can view all the experiences that I have had previously, this profile is quite important for all users, having a solid profile with real experiences will help to have a better position within your work network. In addition, within this profile you can add the different attitudes you have as a person, the different knowledge or the courses you have taken at some point.

Negative: One of the main problems that you can face if you use this platform is that you come across fraudulent people or people who are not real, LinkedIn profiles usually do not request any type of identity verification, which is why there are many people who impersonate by other people and create fraudulent profiles, in order to steal money or do some other unscrupulous activity, my opinion is that this platform should reinforce to implement an identity verification system when all users register for the first time, this will help combat to fraudulent profiles. On several occasions I have noticed that some unknown people put in their profile that they work for our company, and this has also happened to some of my colleagues who own other companies, because as I mentioned previously there is no type of identity verification which causes fraudulent profiles to be constantly created. So if you plan to start using LinkedIn, you should take that precaution. Another of the negative things about this platform is that the web version takes a long time to load correctly, it is a fairly heavy web platform and it takes a long time to load despite having a good Internet connection and a good computer, I recommend downloading the application to computers and use your mobile version, that will help you connect quickly with your work network without having to wait so long or wait for the web version to load correctly.

I love when someone posts on LinkedIn how they are looking for a job whether that be because they are new to the work field or got laid off and immediately people step up to help!

Negative: The platform is very expensive to use if you are using it more than just an individual.

Summary: My general experience with LinkedIn has been positive at all times, I have noticed some things that can be optimized and those mentioned previously, but in reality I have not noticed any type of negative factor that directly affects my experience. This app is very well crafted, its overall functionality is amazing and it helps me stay connected to my work network without using my computer.

- I love the private area that this social network LinkedIn provides me, this private area is the section in which I can only interact with the employees of my company. Just by accessing the section of my company I can interact and create publications to be viewed by people who belong to my company, this section is very important because we share privileged information.

Negative: Really during my experience I have not noticed any type of negative operation, all the functions that I enjoyed using LinkedIn developed wonderfully, none gave me a negative experience, however I will mention some things that can be improved within this Social Network, such as :

- The payment rate for LinkedIn plans should be improved, LinkedIn has several plans which allow users to learn various things from the labor branches, however all those plans they offer are extremely expensive, and do not help users can access them at a much lower rate. My personal opinion is that they should create a much cheaper and more accessible learning plan for all users.

- I would love to be able to receive a request when someone is trying to validate one of my attitudes. In my LinkedIn account I have noticed that some unknown people from my work network have tried to validate some of my attitudes without knowing me or having collaborated with me on some job, this is really a problem and can cause validations that they should not have. It is important for me to receive a request when someone is going to validate one of my attitudes, this would help maintain a much more comprehensive and truthful profile.

Summary: Despite the glitches we've had with the Mobile App and the inconvenience we've had using this App, we think we're having an amazing experience with the help of LinkedIn. My benefits with this social network come from long before, I have been using this social network for many years before starting to work in the company I am currently in, so the benefits I have had during all these years have been very notable, I have been able to socialize a lot more often, connect with people who contribute ideas to my work, in addition, I have done short jobs with people who contact me through this social network, since they see my work profile and can offer me new negotiations. Positive: I've been working at my current company for about 2 years, but I've been using LinkedIn for much longer. I have been using this great social network system for more than 5 years and the results have been noticeable in the way in which I diversify my social circle, it is a fairly complete social network where you can meet really valuable people who can help you have a better job performance. Finally, another thing that I loved about this platform is that I have a private feed where I can share posts specifically with my co-workers. Our company is registered on LinkedIn, so we have created our own work network on the social network and in this network we have been able to share publications between colleagues, we can interact privately and much more directly, this is one of the most important functions because it helps to maintain confidentiality on a large scale among a working group. In a nutshell, LinkedIn is great, it has a few minor negatives which I'll mention later, but it's really worth using in a business.

Negative: The main problem I have found with LinkedIn is that it is not a social network where I can limit the people who send me messages. Sometimes I accept connection requests from people I don't know but we have connections in common, however, they turn out to be fake spam accounts, which send me fraudulent messages to my inbox, it would be great to be able to limit new people on LinkedIn that they have fictitious profiles, they can send me direct messages, that would be really great and it would help make my experience more complete. Another thing that I did not like is that the LinkedIn App for mobile phones is not as optimized as it seems, it is really inconvenient to edit my own profile from this App, everything is very close together and the descriptions of my jobs are not reflected as it happens from the PC version. The mobile phone application lacks some details to be a comfortable App. So far, the Mobile App problem hasn't presented a serious problem for me or my company, as we continue to use the desktop version which we really like.

I love the LinkedIn connections section, this section is completely functional for us since it allows us to correctly manage each of the people that we have aggregated in our network, in addition, when managing our network we can choose what type of content we want to have in our Feed, it is important to note that the content of our Feed will depend on the connections we have and what content those people share.

2. I love the ease with which I can build and manage previous jobs that I have had throughout my business career. For me, this is the most important section of LinkedIn and it works perfectly, it allows me to build my profile in a CV system, in which everyone will be able to consult what jobs I have had and what branches of work I work in, it is fantastic to be able to have that amount of information on my LinkedIn profile.

3. The App for mobile devices works perfectly, however, the connections section does not work correctly in this App, since when I send several invitations constantly, the people it shows me are bugged and continue to be reflected to send the invitation. invitation to connect, even when I have already sent it previously. I would recommend going through the connection process using the PC version.

4. The validations section is quite important for me and it played an excellent role during the use of LinkedIn, the validations helped me to have proof of my knowledge. A lot of my coworkers and peers that I've worked with previously validated my skills and that was fantastic, it helped me grow in the LinkedIn network.

Negative: Mainly, in the LinkedIn App, the connection system must be optimized, since, as I mentioned previously, it fails when trying to connect several people consecutively, and this can directly affect the user experience in general. Another thing that I did not like about LinkedIn is the prices of the Learning plans, this plan offers learning services for a company as a whole, however, the prices are extremely high and this causes very few people to access it. plan on LinkedIn. Summary: Definitely make a profile and use the job board function, but maybe don't get the mobile app. It's helpful to build your connections and network but some people take it too far.

Positive: LinkedIn is one of the best job aggregators out there, when I'm looking for a job I will often see what companies have posted on LinkedIn.

Negative: When I'm not looking for a job, I will get notifications on my phone for self-promotional webinars and 'XXX has gone live' messages. And there's a lot of randos who will add you just to promote their services etc.

Summary: Zero stars. Overall I have nothing good to say at all about this app. I still had people I was doing business things for and had no way to contact them or know who they were because it was all through this app and nowhere else.

Positive: I have no pros everything about this app is a con. Having your account suspended or banned with no warning at all or a reason why is bad customer service all around.

Negative: My account was suspended. I contacted them the first time they did this to me. They said it was a mistake and reactivated my account. Then my account was suspended again. I can't even remember now I had about 10,000 people on my network and did a lot of business from there and poof went without a trace. I thought Facebook and Twitter were bad and then there is LinkedIn. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone out there at all.
