Negative: LinkedIn Job Search has been a service that has helped us find quality workers, willing to do a very good job in any company they are attending. However, during our experience we have also come across some features that we consider a bit negative for our experience, these were:

- There is no type of notification on our devices where we use LinkedIn to notify us about someone who is interested in the job vacancy. When a user accesses our published vacancy, we do not receive any type of notice to be able to meet that requirement, this has caused us to always have to be attentive if we have found a person for the advertising vacancy. I would like to be able to receive these notifications, since this way we would be able to carry out interviews in less time and we would be able to hire staff more quickly.

- The costs of the LinkedIn Jobs plan are quite high. To add a plan with a large number of seats, the prices are very high. We are currently using this service in our company to hire new staff when needed, but we think it would be great if we received a discount rate for some annual subscription or if they lower the price of the LinkedIn Jobs plans, it would be great.

Summary: Overall it works for most. It's a but pricey for what you get but I hear some people have found success from it.

Positive: Easy way to find a lot of openings when looking for jobs. Works well and lets you filter them out.

Negative: I didn't like how simple it is. Feels like it needs something else.
