    Horrible product, horrible service.

    Summary: Support can't do anything other than blame me or my isp and threaten me for asking for assistance in their discord channel after waiting two days for a response from their customer support, when their chat bot said it would be minutes for a reply.

    Positive: Nothing it's entirely horrible.
    Bad service.
    Doesn't work.
    Rude support agents.
    No assistance whatsoever.

    Negative: Did not work at all. I followed all of their instructions, adjusted DNS settings, etc and it never added my overlays. Added my PS5 to my DMZ with a public facing IP and still doesn't work.
