LibreSpeed Description
Speedtest for HTML5 hosted by you. Mobile-friendly, easy setup, examples, configurable, and easily configured. Supports PHP, Node and multiple servers. This Speedtest is very lightweight and implemented in Javascript using XMLHttpRequest, Web Workers, and other tools. All modern browsers are supported: IE11, latest Edge and Chrome, latest Firefox, Safari, and latest Safari. Also works with mobile versions. A webserver that is reasonably fast with Apache 2 (Nginx and IIS also supported). PHP 5.4 (other backends are also available), MySQL database for test results (optional), PostgreSQL, and SQLite also supported. You can download a template to create an Android client for your LibreSpeed install. The Docker Hub has a docker image. A partial Node.js implementation can be found in the node branch. IP Address, ISP, distance to the server (optional), Telemetry (optional), results-sharing (optional), multiple points of the test, and multiple points of testing (optional).
