Summary: Our account manager, Nina, is AMAZING. She has never taken longer than 24 hours to turn around our requests -- and most requests are met in under 2 hours. Additionally, Jon, on the technical side has been a great resource for us when establishing site requirements and ideation of new ways to drive engagement.
Positive: I've been working with the Level6 team for 3+ years and always impressed with their work. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. We were able to build and launch a customized loyalty program from the ground up in less than 6 months. Since inception of the program, the team has helped us test new ways to use the site for brand engagement and differentiation. I continue to receive positive feedback on ease of use and responsiveness from the Level6 support team.
Negative: Built-in, on-demand admin reporting on the site has been limited. However, this was by design due to the customization that we were prioritizing for our customer front end. The Level6 team has always provided us with the data and reporting that we have requested within 24 hours. They are also working to build customized reporting for our sales and finance admin views which will be great moving forward.

Outstanding service and program flexibilty Date: Aug 06 2025
Summary: Level 6 provides fantastic customer service. They offer solutions for just about anything you want to do. The best part is, you're not just getting an out of the box solution with limitations. They offer a bespoke solutions that you can custom tailor to your needs and wants. I highly recommend their services; they have been fantastic to work with and have been integral to our business and rewards program.
Positive: They offer high customizable platforms. Unlike many others where you get what you get. I have been impressed by Level 6's ability to be nimble and build custom tailored solutions for us. They take the workload off our staff by managing the program as well.
Negative: None that I can mention. I can't think of any Con's that this time. They delivered everything that we're looking for.

Positive: I've been working with Level 6 for 4+ now now building a custom rewards platform for jewelry industry brands to incentivize their retail store associates. I came to Level 6 with a new SaaS idea for something they had never done before, and they translated and implemented my idea into the perfect solution for the jewelry industry. Our platform continues to improve as result of Level 6's proactive steps to make the make it as user friendly as possible. Their customer service, attention to detail and quick response times are as good as it gets.
Negative: Level 6 is a serious company that builds serious solutions so its not going to work for those who want to cut corners. It definitely costs money to do it right, but I have always found their pricing to be fair.

Summary: Highly engaged team and responsive for our customers. Exceptional account management. We get responses same-day, if not in hours, for our internal and external customers. Setting up new promotions has been easy, saving us a lot of time and back-and-forth.
Positive: This platform was easy to install, execute, and use. Our account manager is highly engaged. Great!
Negative: If their were any con's it was just getting a cadence set up during integration/set up. Once we got into a good cadence it was seamless.
