Summary: Overall its one of the software I use the most now, I can review all my info, insights and news in under 5 minutes. The platform is very straight to the point, no useless features. It's really a game changer and a time saver for property investors, from amateurs to pros.
Positive: Easy to use. Interface is nice and understandable, lot of features that allow you to do anything you want. Metrics are very accurate and you can play with them easily. Deal analyser is a great plus, I use it very often its a game changer. bridging lender idea is very clever, I think I will use it when it be available in my area.
Negative: Not a lot of Cons to be honest... I could mention the lack of details and help when you enter the data but its easily understandable if you know the real estate field.

Summary: Overall, Lendlord is a really good platform for property investment and portfolio management. I spent years doing that myself, then I tried other platforms but this one really is a fit for me. Even for beginners, the platform is easy to use, but you have to train a little to bring it to its full potential. Another really good aspects was that the Deal Analyser allows you to calculate the long term ROI even before you buy property, and that allows you to negotiate the best deal according to the data you put on the deal analyser. I recommend using Lendlord.
Positive: The user experience is better than any other platform, and the deal analyser gives you insights you never would have think of. The metrics are very accurate and allows you to track, understand and improve your portfolio at his best, and the P&L sheet allows you to directly know where you're at, and what to do. Finally, Lendlord gives you the ability to manage your tenants information and to see all your transactions. But the Deal analyser is really the star here.
Negative: At first, I was a little overwhelmed by the metrics and ratios, but with some training you understand this pretty quickly. And for now, the bridging finance service is only working in the UK, I really would have try it either.
