Catsoft Leasecat is a software for managing leases. It can produce reports and calculate lease payments from either a lessee/lessor perspective. This software can be used to manage finance leases, operating leases, and hire purchases. Register of lease details to enable finance leases, operating leases, and hire purchases from either a lessor/dealer or lessee/purchaser perspective. Reports include cash flows, lease interest rates and lease terminations. Summaries are also available for journal entries. The lessee has the option to sub-lease a portion or all of a leased property to a third party. You can choose the interest charge method and amortization method that you prefer. The custom report writer allows users the ability to create their own reports using definable fields. Calculates the implicit interest rate in the lease contract automatically. The lessee may enter an estimated interest rate to calculate an adjusted fair value, or request alternative rental payments.
