Summary: Overall I would say till now, the experience is great. A great place to gain visibility and spread knowledge.

Positive: A great platform with great features makes it easier for students to use the software. The customer support provided by the company was great while setting up the courses. I was guided at each and every step on how to upload and publish the courses and gain more visibility. The support team is very patient and polite.

Negative: No cons till now. It has been almost 2 years since I am using this platform. I am quite satisfied with it.

Positive: I am a teacher and use LearnDesk for sharing assignments and presentations with my students. I am able to even do quizzes. This is helpful.

Negative: More documentation and option to add share assignment with all students at once, rather than to select each student separately.

Positive: I have been using LearnDesk for past few months to extend the reach to my international audience. My language courses require students to complete assignments and also take quizzes, both of which are very good features that this software is providing. Now they have also introduced multiple payment methods, which is helpful for me and my students. Great features are getting added rapidly that is making course delivery easy.

Negative: Takes time to learn the new features and to adapt.

Positive: As a traditional teacher, I am used to face to face classes. During pandemic when this was not possible, I started searching cost effective ways to reach my students. Most platforms are either expensive or not easy to use, when I came across learn desk, I was able to meet both my needs. I have been taking live classes for over 22 months now, and able to share assignments, notes with students. Attendance feature is also important feature that I am using effectively.

Negative: I took some time to move my classes to their platform, at that point there was not enough documentation.

Summary: After evaluating multiple platforms, I picked up this LearnDesk for its features and competitive pricing, glad on the decision.

Positive: I started using LearnDesk about 15 months back to offer my recorded classes and I was happy with the results in terms of ease of use and customer support. When the live classes went live, I created a monthly class schedule and it has been working well for few months now. The ability to offer different schedule and share content with my customers is helpful. With live classes being attended my students from different countries, my customers are able to pay in their currency with the worry of price conversion, very helpful feature.

Negative: The add on features can be better priced, and be better explained before one adopts those.

Summary: I like LearnDesk. As a teacher I have a lot of things that I want to do and they provide a single solution that covers so many different use cases. I also use LearnDesk for my 1-1 coaching programs.

Positive: Scheduling system for various teaching use cases, integrated learning management system, support for digital products, and team support.

Negative: Upload speed could be improved. Its not a major drawback.
