Poor quality - sketchy code Date: Jul 10 2025
Summary: At first we had an amazing CSR called Stevie. She was on it. Responsive, knowledgeable, etc. After she left we had her boss who took ages to respond to requests, made excuses about the wonky data results, etc. She was very nice but obviously not empowered to make the terrible product better. I reached out to the CEO. He could not be bothered to respond. All signs of a dysfunctional company in my opinion but at the very least a poor CX and poor quality product.
Positive: I was very excited about Lead Onion. I liked the no-commitment month-to-month payment option and relatively low cost.
Negative: The code is super sketchy as is the data. If you search intent for Banks looking for Bank marketing, you get banks looking for "healthcare marketing" and if yo look for US prospects in only in Ohio or Florida (headquarters) you will get clients in California and Texas and New York. It is a great idea but it just did not work.
