Overly complicated and onboarding is awful Date: Feb 13 2024
Summary: Terrible, steer clear, complete crooks who leave out a lot of unsavory details that you should know in advance!
Positive: In theory this would combine all marketing channels and produce easy to read financial reports. I like the concept only!
Negative: The onboarding team is lack luster, they don’t understand a large swath of integrations and rely on the client to figure out forms and other technical aspects. They fail to tell you that the entire time of onboarding no matter how long it takes you’ll be billed full cost for a platform you cannot use. It took us 4-5 months to onboard and integrate this to Filevine.
