Summary: My team finds LashBack useful for finding new content and publishers. I'd recommend this system to those looking to keep up with the latest trends in affiliate marketing.

Positive: - search functions

- Finding new content to test
- Seeking out new pubs
- Identifying any content being run that was not approved

Negative: I don't have any big cons.
It took my team awhile to learn the system.

Summary: My experience was not good with the LashBack team. After I signed the year contract and got first bill for 3 months I said “wait I thought this was 1,500 a month”? They told me I signed a year contract and they bill quarterly.

I immediately met them know I would have never signed a year contract if I realized it, but they pretty much took the angle of “sorry, you signed a year contract”. I even payed the first quarter in good faith cuz I had been using the tool the first 2 weeks, but even though I had looked over the fact it was on a year contract they are trying to hold me to it.

I understand a contract, but there is also the fact of being understandable and personable - none of which LashBack was in my experience.

They pretty much said “GOT YA - you’re in a year contract” (of course those are my own words, but that’s what it feels like).

Be careful if working with them, the guy I’ve been talking to is a snake too. With his snarky comments and attitude…no willingness to work something out.

Positive: Tool was decent but the data was limited for what I personally needed. I liked the interface and some of the features but just not enough data.

Negative: Horrible customer service. They also don’t do a good job explaining the require year contracts. They were very helpful until I signed, then the responses got slower, especially when I told them I didn’t realize it was a year contract.
