LTE MAC Lab Description
LTE MAC Lab runs under Matlab and is a system-level simulation program. LTE MAC Lab allows customers the ability to simulate a wireless LTE network deployment and analyse its performance. Customers can also understand the dynamic mechanisms of radio interface. It reflects the dynamic behaviour in a HetNet RAN modelled (Figure 1), focusing on Radio Resource Management features like scheduling, carrier aggregation and handovers, as well as link adaptation. It also includes the implementation of propagation (path, shadowing, multipath and multipath) as well as mobility models.
