Kubestone Description
Kubestone is the benchmarking operator for Kubernetes. Kubestone can be used to evaluate Kubernetes' performance. It supports a common set benchmarks to measure CPU, disk, network, and application performance. Fine-grained control of Kubernetes scheduling primitives. A new controller can be used to add new benchmarks. Benchmark runs are defined as custom resources. They are executed in Kubernetes cluster using Kubernetes pods, jobs and deployments. The quickstart guide will show you how Kubestone can work and how benchmarks can run. Kubestone can be used to execute benchmarks by creating custom resources within your cluster. Once the namespace has been created, you can use it for posting a benchmark request to your cluster. This namespace will house the resulting benchmark executions.
