Tradespeople have the ability to send quotes via WhatsApp, text, email, or a shared link, enabling customers to confirm their acceptance with just a tap. Each invoice is numbered and equipped with a Pay button, allowing clients to complete payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, or credit card via a link, or by scanning a QR code that the tradesperson presents on their device. Payments are directed to the tradesperson’s individual Stripe account, ensuring they receive funds directly. Customers who frequently return can do so at their convenience, while the app organizes daily visits on a map alongside a four-week calendar for easy scheduling. Additionally, Knockround generates messages that can be opened directly in the tradesperson’s own WhatsApp or text messaging application.
