Summary: Kloudle is an ideal product for those who are looking for a solution to find and remediate the most common and critical misconfigurations on their cloud environment and has very less time and expertise on their side.

Positive: - Easy to use and provides an intuitive user experience.
- Effective and covers most of the common flaws/misconfigurations that could be present on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure etc.
- Detailed documentation is present for the product along with guides to use it.
- Performs assessment and generates report on click of a single button.
- Multiple formats of the reports are available like in the .Docx format or in PDF etc.

Negative: - It would be nice see the Kloudle team cover newer services and security checks for things which are AI related on cloud services like AWS, Oracle etc

Summary: We're a cloud MSSP and tried Kloudle a few months back and found it a very tool for the Cloud Sec team. The team is very happy to use and it's become quite essential to monitor and evaluate our customer's cloud instances. Definitely covers more than the usual checklists. Any questions are quickly answered and customisations address fast.
I'd recommend it highly if you are running way too many multi-cloud instances or are a MSSP overseeing many cloud accounts.

Positive: The product is really easy to use, intuitive ( no need for massive help doc) and gives a really nice visual dashboard to review.
Integrates with Slack/Jira/collab tools.
No manual scanning needed now. Saves so time/effort if you have a smart team that would rather spend their time on more innovative and important work.

Negative: Ui/Ux are not a pain right now to use but could improve to be a bit more contemporary, I'm given to understand the team is working on it already,

Summary: No other tool comes close to what Kloudle offers for DigitalOcean and other less popular cloud providers. The misconfigurations are written in an easy to understand language, with mitigations given in a step by step form.

The team behind Kloudle are known industry veterans in the field of cloud and web security. The research that goes into building the engine comes from years of experience and can be trusted.

We use Kloudle to get a view of all our resources in DO, identify and fix misconfigurations, get alerts on slack and email and get reports for internal meetings. This frees up a lot of time for our engineers so that they can go back to building software instead of worrying about security.

Positive: Almost all of our infrastructure runs on DigitalOcean. Being a security company ourselves, we are always conscious of misconfigurations our Engineers may do when working with DigitalOcean. Kloudle is our go to place for identifying what resources we have running and what misconfigurations they may have.

The onboarding was smooth and I started seeing results in the dashboard within 10 minutes!

Mitigation section under misconfigurations gives us step by step instructions on how to fix them.

Negative: No downsides at all. The app is pretty straightforward to use.

Summary: Overall, we've had a very pleasant and seamless experience since we onboarded with Kloudle. Would definitely recommend this!!

Positive: As we were working to comply with Meta/Facebook's stringent data protection assessment, we found Kloude to be an excellent tool for conducting a thorough cloud security assessment.

It's a simple, straightforward platform to navigate and use, even for someone without an extensive technical background. Furthermore, it was a breath of fresh air to find a product that integrates so well with DigitalOcean, considering there are limited options available in this respect.

However, the real standout of Kloude is the team behind the product. They truly set a high bar for customer service, going beyond what is typically expected. They were always available, jumping on calls to assist us and ensuring we understood every aspect of the system. Their support was incredibly valuable and made the entire experience seamless.

Moreover, the Kloudle team proved they were not just responsive but proactive when it came to our feedback. They took our suggestions seriously and demonstrated that they are actively working on improvements based on customer input.

Negative: - The interface is easy to use but can be visually improved and tweaked.
- Pricing options are limited but the Kloudle team is already working on it.

Summary: We were looking for a cloud configuration assessment service for our servers at Digital Ocean. Digital Ocean recommended that we look up the Kloudle service.

The support we received from the Koudle team went way above our expectations. They were very prompt with their assistance and very competent and knowledgeable. They also helped us gain further insight into some of the misconfigurations found and helped us solve a few of the issues that the config scans found.

Positive: Kloudle's automated cloud configuration review was thorough, comprehensive and quite informative. The onboarding and ongoing support we received from the Kloudle team was absolutely stellar.

Negative: There were no downsides at all. Their service met all our needs.

Summary: I used Kloudle as part of the Meta's Data Protection Assessment, to check my cloud configuration on Digital Ocean. While there are a lot of tools out there for well known cloud providers, it was not the case for Digital Ocean. Kloudle team has this feature, and also for other well known providers, implemented and it provided the sufficient evidence to pass the assessment.
Kloudle team stands out for their quickness to answer questions by the chat on their platform, emails and to provide solutions. Once your cloud is scanned, the platform provides a list of misconfigurations rated by severity, links to their description and a handy and helpful how-to guide/knowledge to solve them step by step.

Positive: Support for Digital Ocean.
Sufficient evidence for Meta's Data Protection Assessment.
Quickness to answer questions and provide support.
Helpful knowledge base for reported cloud misconfiguration and step-by-step solutions.

Negative: I did not find cons for this platform - it resolved my requirements.

Positive: I've recently had the pleasure of discovering Kloudle, a game-changing cloud security solution built with engineers in mind. With Kloudle, navigating the intricate Facebook Data Protection Assessment for my application became a smooth journey, as opposed to the challenging task it could have been.

Summary: Having a less complex service like Kloudle can give you a 360-degree view of different services/tools that one uses in their infrastructure especially when it is easy to navigate and understand what they are.

Positive: - Less false positives
- Integrations such as GitHub, and multi-cloud can give us an overall view of infrastructure
- Ease to use, like the simplicity Kloudle team has built
- Affordable and not costly like other tools in the market
- Upcoming features can make Kloudle a solid CSPM tool. The ability to consume results from other tools is always a good integration to have

Negative: - While keeping the simplicity of UI/UX, it can be improved more
- It would have been great if Kloudle can have basic triaging features and suppression of issues
- More metrics around the number of issues flagged

Summary: While the UI may exhibit some slowness, it is a minor drawback considering the extensive range of features provided by the CSPM tool. The tool's remarkable feature set outweighs any UI performance concerns, making it a worthwhile investment for managing cloud security at scale.

Positive: I recently had the opportunity to try out Kloudle onto my org’s Cloud Architecture. The tool does come with an extensive range of features and good performance. From my experience this tool is simple and effective at providing understanding of comprehensive cloud security misconfigurations and posture along with it’s associated compliance level findings.

Negative: The UI and the UX would benefit from enhancements to improve usability and navigation.
