Positive: Great real time employee monitoring tools, automatic notifications and some DLP features that are used by our information security officer. The soft's Calendar is useful for HR while viewer is used by the department heads.

Negative: The interface was a bit too dark for me but they have improved a lot lately.

Workers didn’t follow the discipline guidelines: smoking, eating, walking somewhere outside the office and playing Seal Hunter… the deadlines were a real disaster - never met.
