Summary: I really loved how Keap automates the lead follow-up process. It merges all our marketing campaigns, sales lead generation and customer relationship management in one place. Its additional CRM feature gives us the power to communicate with generated leads without having additional programs. Overall, I highly suggest Keap if you want to generate high-quality leads and manage customer relations on the same platform.
Positive: Keap is a very updated platform and has a very simple and easy-to-navigate interface. It automatically identifies possible leads and showcases them in an organized manner. Its automation features like follow-up mode directly connect with leads. It has wide customization options for email designing and campaign modification. Also, the emails bounce rate is very low.
Negative: The campaign reporting has a low amount of data to examine. No other con.

Summary: The platform has provided us with excellent sales and promotion management tools such as website tracking and social media lead tools. In addition, functions that make up the marketing add-ons. Although its shortcomings in its internal operation as communications with partners can be a limitation.
Positive: This application provides management and access to customer database and timely tracking of customer updates. It serves financial functions such as payment and customer management. Apart from having a state-of-the-art automated system, Infusionsoft allows you to manage shopping pages and coupon codes.
Negative: Apart from not having a system for storing documents and other files, the application does not provide interaction with work groups through internal chats. It leaves out influence tracking and overhead tracking functions. Likewise, it does not operate to keep track of time or life cycle of consumers in our database.

Summary: Its API makes it easy for us to integrate Infusionsoft with standardized services for financial management, so that we get to cover the entirety of our business operations by being able to deal with the marketing stages of each campaign and with the results collection stages. In other words, we will continue to use Infusionsoft because it is so good quality.
Positive: The databases that we can add to the Infusionsoft platform can have different extensions, but generally the size of these is quite large, and the platform does not show any problems when importing them, which shows that it is optimized enough to deal with a lot of data.
Negative: Automating the creation of marketing documents within Infusionsoft may not be the most appropriate due to the problems the platform has in mobilizing or managing files in general. In terms of price, Infusionsoft turns out to be one of the most expensive marketing automation services (up to $99 per month depending on the plan).

Summary: Infusionsoft maintains many features that other business services do not have or have left out, updating rather than eliminating them once they are discarded in current branding methodologies, which is why we find it so useful and so timeless. It's a good basis for aligning a business with PCI or GDPR policies.
Positive: With Infusionsoft's internal tagging system it is plausible to create and attach tags to our business operations, so that they are easier to identify within task lists when working with several transactions at the same time. Creating a professional profile through Infusionsoft takes very little time.
Negative: Once a professional account has been created on the Infusionsoft platform it is difficult to manage other users' accounts, having to go through authentication processes every time you go to log in. A login system should be implemented for multiple accounts in the same company.

Summary: I feel that any individual who is in need of his resources must experiment. I suggest using the training provided. However, any type of small / medium sized business must have this program. It's the best there is, try it. It is generating many more leads in the installation. I feel that we are getting a better individual experience with this. I am also using it for staff training. I have a campaign where new people go through different video clips right from the start. It has been helpful.
Positive: I like that everything is automated, and once configured, I don't need to do anything. In fact, it works well to do my lead tracking, as well as generate even more leads. It looks perfect, and it also looks like my people like it. Particularly our follow-up project. In fact, we have had very positive responses.
Negative: There is a learning outline to this. I'm happy to have training. It can be a little challenging when you start, but it improves as you use it. I would recommend using some form of training on it. There is a lot of work before you start, once everything is set up, it’s fantastic.
