From branding to class scheduling, everything is easily customizable, very intuitive and easy to use, even for those without a tech background. All features are clearly defined and the platform is easy to navigate. The customer support team is exceptional. Whenever we have had questions or issues, the team has been quick to respond and fix the issues.

Negative: Although the platform is highly customizable, there are certain limitations in customizing some features. On some occasions, we had to settle for default options due to these limitations.

Positive: The setup process was easy and I didn't have to worry about any complex integration, The platform has a robust API that allowed me to integrate it with other tools and systems that were already being used in the studio, it receives regular updates that constantly improve the platform and add new features.

Negative: The documentation available for developers could be more detailed. It took me a bit of time to fully understand how the API worked and how to implement certain features.

The classes can get mix up while switching from one to the other. Not a big deal.

Summary: I started my business with no knowledge of booking software. I was a yoga teacher who jumped in to studio ownership with very little business acumen. Roodolph walked me through set up and took the time to get me started. I was up and running right away. There were simple tutorials available to use. The software was very intuitive. Students also really liked the app, and managing their accounts online. The transition to online and advance booking was challenging for us all, and Karmasoft rose to that challenge well.

Positive: Karmasoft is very simple to use. There are three panels on the main screen: Student, Class and Product. The teacher can stay on this one screen and manage sign in, sales, student information, and class list. With a simple scroll, your teacher or front desk staff can access student history, which always helps when getting to know a student, or working towards selling a membership package. Support has also been excellent. The developer is accessible and provides help from set up to support. Karmasoft also has advanced back of the house tools to manage and market your business. I am most impressed by the ease of use and efficient design of Karmasoft. It also costs less than some of the big names, but you do not sacrifice performance. We also still use Zoom for online classes, and Karmasoft integrates seamlessly with Zoom.

Negative: I have occasionally had to wait for support, or reschedule a meeting, but I will say this: The folks at Karmasoft always come through! I can't say this for the other software companies that I have used.

Summary: It is designed with mobile and other small device users in mind, making it simple for trainers and students to access the program on the go from any location.

Positive: It provides us with a variety of services, such as sessions scheduling, payment collection, student handling, and marketing tools, all of which are specially suited to the requirements of our yoga centre.

Negative: Our studio's other softwares do not interact with Karmasoft, which causes extra effort and a delay.
